Hiring Process

Clear, fast, and respectful of your time.

We run a structured hiring process that moves quickly. Most roles go from application to offer within 10 business days.

Step 01 — Application Review

We review every application within 2 business days. If your profile matches the role, you'll hear from us with a brief questionnaire or a direct invitation to a screening call.

Step 02 — Screening Call

A 20-minute video call with the hiring manager. We'll cover your background, the role, the team, and answer any questions you have about how we work.

Step 03 — Skills Assessment

A take-home task or live skill assessment depending on the role. We keep it short and relevant — never more than 2 hours of your time, and we always provide feedback.

Step 04 — Final Interview

A 45-minute call with the team lead and a senior stakeholder. We focus on delivery mindset, communication, and how you'd approach real-world scenarios.

Step 05 — Offer & Onboarding

Written offer, contract, and a structured onboarding plan covering your first 30 days. You'll have a dedicated onboarding buddy and weekly check-ins during your first month.

Common questions about working at limestack.

Yes. limestack is a fully distributed team. All roles are remote-first with no office requirement. We operate primarily across South and Southeast Asia with account management in GMT-aligned time zones. Most communication is async, with optional scheduled video calls.

Our delivery teams are primarily based in IST (UTC+5:30) and SGT (UTC+8) time zones. We use async communication tools heavily, so there's flexibility in working hours. Most roles have a 4-hour daily overlap window with your direct team.

Both, depending on the role and your location. Some specialists are hired as full-time employees through our entity structures, and others as long-term contractors. This is clarified during the offer stage and doesn't affect your day-to-day experience on the team.

Absolutely. We grow quickly and often open new roles ahead of posting them publicly. Send your CV and a brief note about what you'd bring to careers@limestackworks.com. We keep a talent database and reach out when relevant roles open up.

Onboarding is structured across your first 30 days: week 1 covers tooling setup, team introductions, and documentation review; weeks 2–3 cover shadowing and small task ownership; week 4 is when you own your first deliverable independently. You'll have a dedicated onboarding buddy throughout.
